Peace, Even In A Storm...Be Encouraged

Today is the culmination of months and months and month, of the most unconventional political campaign we have ever witnessed. For the first time in my life and my husband's we have been paying close attention to the American Presidential race. Nope, not since I ran as a candidate in our provincial election about 22 years ago, have I watched an entire political debate, we watched almost all three of the Trump Clinton debates, along with commentaries, highlights and analysis'. We both feel that the Republicans are the party we would support. Why? Why would be so interested in this election? Well, aside from the obvious, Canada shares a border with America. In fact our city is about fourty miles from their border. My old high school teacher illustrated it best. Way back when, Mr. Nurmi, our geography teacher, told us that when America sneezes, Canada catches a cold.
