Below is an excellent documentary that my dear friend Jan share with me about 20 years ago. It helped to explain to me what Yoga really is by a woman named Caryl Matrisciana, who was raised in Hinduism in India and was involved in the New Age movement. She knows all about what Yoga really is about. She became a Christian in the 70s.
It was a helpful, eye opening documentary. Both sides of the subject are interviewed and the conclusion is unavoidable. P
