It is between each person and God, to choose what they want. Below is an excellent documentary that my dear friend Jan share with me about 20 years ago. It helped to explain to me what Yoga really is by a woman named Caryl Matrisciana, who was raised in Hinduism in India and was involved in the New Age movement. She knows all about what Yoga really is about. She became a Christian in the 70s.
It was a helpful, eye opening documentary. Both sides of the subject are interviewed and the conclusion is unavoidable. P
